“At the end of the two year budget (that has been signed by the Governor) Tallmadge will be farther away from a funding formula that works for our district than we are in 2009 (cuts in funding of $75,000 and $150,000 respectively over the next two years). Say what you want about the approach to what it takes to fund a successful district, the reality is grossly insufficient.
